Natural Birth vs. Epi? What are your experiences...?

I had my first son with and I hated it. Over 3 hours of pushing and then having the sensation to go to the bathroom afterwards and being told that I couldn't. Then my second son, nothing. It was so special and meaningful (not saying the first one wasn't). Yes, it did hurt a little more. But I could deal with that! I pushed for less than 10 minutes. Now I am about to have son # 3 and I have told them that there is no way that I'm having one this time either. It will mean more to do it 100% natural!
