What should I expect from my daughters High pulmonary pressures?

My daughter was born with a Congenital Heart Disease. She has had her heart surgery and although they were able to complete all the repairs they needed to do and then some, her heart is still not functioning well. She looks great, but her Echos and EKG's haven't changed since the surgery. What I am wondering is if she will have the opportunity to live a normal life. Will she be able to eventually run and play? More than anything in the world I want her to be happy and feel loved.
