How to repair my 2000 Mercury Mystique warped dashboard?

I bought the car when it was barely warping. Now, after 4 years, the dashboard is warped in a vertical position. When i look at it from the outside in, it looks very ugly and makes car ugly as well. I need help on how to fix the warped area near the car's serial code all the way to the pengers side.Is there a glue or any special kit I can use to place in the dashboard back in its place????
