Does the guitar disfigure your finger tips?

guitar does not disfigure the fingertips and you barely get callouses. ive played b for hours a day and have callouses tough enough to stick em with a pin without feeling it, and it still doesn't disfigure them they just lose the fingerprint on the top part.
