My friend wants to come to a Quentin Tarantino themed party with my boyfriend and I on Friday....?

He doesn't have the money or the time to put together a detailed costume. He needs something simple. It a rule, no costume= no going to the party. Can anyone think of anything? It can be any character no matter how small from any of tarantino's movies.
