Can fears be hereditary?

For example, you how if a father is a good musician and has children, his children can sometimes be naturally good musicians too through heredity. Well, can something like a mother’s fear of heights cause her child to have a natural fear of heights (or whatever fear you want to substitute here) because of heredity too?
