Where is the boundary between North Jersey and South Jersey?

I was born in Brooklyn, New York, lived in Bayonne for 2 years, lived in Hamilton (Mercer County) for 5 years, and I now live in Northern Mercer County. There are people from both NY and Philly influence where I live. I am obviously New York influenced all the way (Sports teams, sup, sprinkles, etc). But fellow Jerseyans, where would you say the dividing line between North Jersey and South Jersey is?
