What college should I attend to get my bachelors in Web Development/Design?

I have looked at some schools that offer bachelor degrees in Web Development and some are: Franklin University, DeVry University, University of Phoenix, Westwood College. What is the best school to get a degree for web design? I know I dont have to get a degree in order to learn web design, but getting a bachelor's degree is something I want and the curriculum at those schools I listed for web development are good! Let me know :)
