What can I digest with Stomach Flu?

Toast some of the bread without anything on it and try a bite. If you can't hold that down then wait another hour. Make sure you replenish yourself with plenty of fluids. If you can, call someone to bring you ginger ale or any type of juice that would work the best. You're feeling dizzy because you don't have anything in your system and your body is trying to tell you to fuel up. Make sure you get plenty of bedrest too.
