Universal Studios Employees Pes?

Hi!! I just need to know, what pes do Universal Studios employees get??? What do they look like and what is the policy for giving them to people?? Can anyone use them? Any questions asked at the gate?? What do the pes look like? And do they get to transfer them to pes for other parks - USO and USH??? Please reply everyone!!
