✪ Please help, this is getting quite frustrating?

I, for the life of me, cannot figure out how to change my profile picture here on Y!A. I made the whole 360 account thing and changed the picture on that, and then selected 'use my 360 picture' on my settings. But all I got was the grey guy! In fact, when I go to click on the 'use 360' on, it doesn't even show my picture above, just grey box! I have made sure to save my work and it's still being a ****! Will someone please explain to me what i am doing wrong?
