Is it good to keep ghost shrimp with 2 crayfish and 2 4" goldfish in a 20 gallon tank?

I'm planning on moving the 2 (4 inch) goldfish, 2 small goldfish and 2 medium goldfish to a 20 gallon tank, along with 2 crayfish. I was thinking that these crayfish are the cause of my ghost shrimps' disappearance, since I saw one of my crayfish ate one of them. Should I keep ghost shrimp along with the fish & crayfish? Or should I let the ghost shrimp stay in the 10gallon (previous) and move the rest of the fish & crayfish to the 20 gallon? Thanks!
