Can I still claim "Magna Cu.m Laude" on a resume if my GPA falls below the school's requirement for that?

I just graduated college but all my grades aren't finalized yet. I know they figure out the honors before the semester is over. Before the semester I had a 3.77 and to get "Magna Cu.m Laude", a student at my school needs a 3.7 GPA. I was wondering, if my final 4 grades drop me below a 3.7, do I still get to claim "Magna Cu.m Laude"? Also, would I put it as 3.68 Magna Cu.m Laude if it did? It probably won't drop below 3.7 but I was wondering what happened if it did.
