As a seller, what do you expect from a buyer?

Since there have been a few on here this week that seem to like bashing sellers who use win pictures, show sheen, false tails, hoof black, etc., it got me to thinking. As a SELLER, what do you expect from a buyer? I expect a buyer to not lie to me about his or her true skill level of riding. I expect a buyer not to lie to me about what they are truly expecting as far as the training level of their dream horse is. I expect a buyer to be able to afford the horse that they are looking at, not just be a tire kicker. I expect a buyer to show me the same respect that I am showing them by taking the time to show them my horse, and not be a rude snot who likes trashing my horses to my face to try and get me to lower the price. Sometimes sellers get a bad rap, but I feel that there are just as many bad buyers as there are sellers. And they are they first ones who complain about wasting looking at an "unatural horse", but they are in fact the biggest time wasters for most sellers
