My persian/himalayan cat can't walk well and is peeing himself! HELP:(?

he's around 12 years old and all the sudden he's not eating, drinking, eating his treats, can't walk very well (mostly his back legs), stays in weird places for long times and doesn't purr. he's also peeing himself....what's wrong..help pleaseee
