Are mallard duck eggs still good when she laid in about 6 inches of water?

i have a pair of mallards. yesterday i drained almost all the water out of their wading pool, i went out back awhile ago and their are three eggs under the water anyone know if they are ok and how i should handle the situation . i live in georgia , it seems a strange time of year for ducklings.i raised mine.i got them in april, i knew she was pregnant ,did'nt expect to find eggs in their pool.
