Keratin hair treatment: Hair stylist says don't wash, bottle says do wash...?

I just had the chocohair kerahair keratin smoothing treatment done. She washed it with a purifying shampoo, put the choco smoothing creme in, blowed it dry and straighented it with the straightening iron. She said don't wash it for 3 days...the bottle says I can wash it the same day. Can I wash it? I really want to.
