Is exploretalent.com a scam?

I know that an agent should never ask for money to book a job for you (an agent only gets paid when you do), but exploretalent.com is not an agent. I talked to someone from the site and they ask for a membership fee. Once you have paid, they will connect you with agents who are interested in your information/headshot. I did a "free trial" and got a call saying that there are two potential bookings for me but that I have to pay the exploretalent.com membership fee to be given the audition information. Does anyone know if exploretalent.com is a reliable business and if they are truly getting jobs for models/actors/talent? Should I bother?
