Why are Yahoo Answers and Yahoo Answers Canada the same?

In both Yahoo Answers and Yahoo Answers Canada the question under "Elections" for instance are exactly the same so the majority of the questions on both boards are American themed and it's difficult to ask a Canadian themed questions. Should English Canadians have their own unique Canadian Y!A like French Canadians do so it would be easier to asked Canadian themed questions, and so we wouldn't clog up the American boards with Canadian questions which often go unanswered or are only answered insuffiently from an American perspective. For instance if I were to ask "Which province has the best health care?" I would prefer not to have some American saying "Socialized medicine is evil. You Canadians are a bunch of commies!" since universal health care is the law in every single province and territory in Canada and most Canadians accept this.
